Attorney Profile

Mr. Felsen is a Member of Milman Labuda Law Group PLLC and a seasoned litigator whose practice focuses on representing employers in all industries in all aspects of employment law including in the defense of lawsuits filed by former employees asserting discrimination and wage and hour claims.  Mr. Felsen also represents companies in both the defense and prosecution of claims related to non-compete, non-solicitation and confidentiality provisions and regularly counsels employers on the intricacies of the various and ever-changing federal, state, and local employment laws to minimize the possibility of litigation.  In addition, Mr. Felsen practices in the traditional labor law realm, including opposing union organization, collective bargaining and labor arbitration.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Felsen obtained a master’s degree in organizational psychology and worked as a human resources professional in which he gained practical experience concerning the same employment related issues for which his clients now seek his legal advice.
