Biography
Colleen O’Neil is a Partner at Milman Labuda Law Group, PLLC, and a seasoned litigator with extensive experience representing clients in both federal and state courts. Her practice focuses on complex commercial and employment litigation in multiple districts around the country.
Colleen represents clients in high-stakes civil litigation involving a broad range of claims, including those arising under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), as well as matters involving fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, insurance coverage, real estate disputes, and fiduciary obligations.
In addition, Colleen maintains a robust employment law practice. She has successfully litigated claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the New York State Human Rights Law (NYSHRL), the New York City Human Rights Law (NYCHRL), and other federal, state, and local employment laws.
