David Aminov is an Associate at Milman Labuda Law Group PLLC. David has experience in commercial litigation, business litigation and construction litigation in both state and federal courts. David represents employers in a wide range of substantive labor and employment matters including, but not limited to, employment discrimination, retaliation and sexual harassment claims.

David earned his undergraduate degree from CUNY Queens College and his Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law. While in law school, David was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, where he participated in both internal and external competitions, and was a recipient of the Top Oralist award in the Elaine Stack Moot Court Competition.
