Biography
James Scott Yoh is Of Counsel at Milman Labuda Law Group PLLC. James represents numerous dealerships and clients with real estate holdings. He negotiates and drafts commercial agreements, including purchases and sales of real property, commercial leases. James also has extensive experience in advising clients as to the appropriate type of entity for formation purposes. He drafts all manner of corporate and company documents, including shareholder agreements, bylaws, operating agreements. In addition, James has extensive experience in commercial litigation, including a successful track record at trial as well as on emergency motions.
As a result of James’ significant experience, he is qualified as a Part 36 Fiduciary in Nassau County, Queens County, Kings County and New York County. He has regularly appointed as a Receiver and as a Referee by numerous judges in the Supreme Court of the State of New York in multiple counties.
