Biography
Nicole Koster primarily focuses on commercial and business litigation matters.
Nicole began her career in the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office where she investigated and prosecuted misdemeanor and violation-level offenses in Nassau County. She then moved to a boutique-sized firm focusing on commercial litigation where she drafted and defended dispositive motions in state court, prepared for, attended, and defended depositions in commercial litigation cases, and participated in the settlement and mediation of commercial and labor and employment matters at the state and federal levels.
Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, including her dog Charley. She is passionate about fitness and volunteering in her community.
